4 or 5 potatoes
2 onions
Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dice potatoes in 8 pieces. Cut onions into halves.
Fry potatoes in oil until golden in colour.
Place potatoes in a large baking casserole and add the onion slices.

Pour some BBQ Sauce or diluted Tomato Paste.
Add 1 tsp. of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce.
Add Salt and pepper to taste, one cup of water.
Cover with foil and bake for half an hour or until the water has been evaporated.

Check frequently in the last stages to ensure your creation does not burn.

Remove the foil, allow the potatoes to achieve further colour.

Serve with a little rice, Romaine Salad and a few slices of Italian Style Bread.
