OMELETTE with SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce
Beat eggs and milk together in small bowl.
Place Olive Oil in frying pan on medium/low.
Pour in egg mixture and allow to cook for a couple minutes.
Using your spatula, carefully scoop up one side of the omelette and flip half over to form a half moon.
Cook for a couple more minutes and slide unto a serving plate.
1 pkg. Mushrooms
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green onion, chopped small
2 tbsp. butter
Wash mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
Heat butter in frying pan.
Add onion and green onion and cook until onions are golden brown in colour.
Add sliced mushrooms and continue sautéing, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender, approx. 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer to serving platter with Omelette.
Garnish with a few slices of Tomatoes, and a couple pieces of toast.
