OMELETTE, EGG with Bacon
I do not have to show you how to break an egg or give specific instructions as how to cook a few slices of bacon, do I?

It is an Egg Omelette with bacon, onions, green peppers and feta cheese!
I assure you, this is a delicious meal.
You require the ingredients listed above, plus salt, black pepper, Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mr. Goudas Trinidad Hot Sauce.
I suggest that you always have a bottle of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Hot Sauce as a staple in your kitchen cupboard because I always, always incorporate a tablespoon or two in my cooking to enhance the flavour of my dishes.
Click on this link and discover this full bodied, papaya-filled sauce that is more flavourful than hot.
You know the drill. Always wash hands before cooking.
Wash and chop onion and green pepper into small pieces.
Remove a few slices of bacon from the package and cut into bite size pieces.
Toss bacon pieces into a large frying pan and heat up at medium high level.
Allow bacon to cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chopped onion and green pepper and sauté for a couple minutes with the bacon.
Break a couple eggs into a glass bowl.
Add a dash of salt, black pepper and a teaspoon or 2 of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Hot Sauce.
Whisk briskly and pour into frying around the bacon, onions and green pepper.
Toss some feta cheese over the top.
Allow eggs to cook for few minutes.
You may fold half of the omelette over, thereby cooking on both sided.

Place on 2 slices of bread (toast) and have yourself a sandwich of a lifetime.
